Did you know...

The Green Bay Route purchased 200 outside braced single door boxcars in 1925, tagging onto an identical Milwaukee Road order. The cars became the KGB&W 5500-5598 and GB&W 6000-6298 series, using even numbers only. 146 of these cars lasted to 1948. In 1965 GB&W still had 60 cars in service. These cars are available as HO models from Sunshine Models.
