Train List

Up ]

Train No. 2 departed Wisconsin Rapids at 6:30 P.M. on Saturday, February 18, 1984.  The train departed "Rapids" with 16 loaded cars, 24 empties, two engines and a caboose.

This appears to be an outbound train list, made up when Train No. 2 departed the Wisconsin Rapids yards en route to Green Bay, 96 miles away.  There would have been a work list to go along with this train list that would tell the crew if there were any pick ups or other work along the way.

A special thanks to Bob Gile for sharing this train list, and to Bob Welke for sharing commentary on the train list.
