C&NW 1515 is an RDS-4. It is an Atlas model painted by Deb Fifield. It is the South Winona switcher. The through trains drop their cars in South Winona and the switcher moves them to the yard in Winona. |

This is the east end of the Winona industrial area. The grain elevator is Bay State Milling. There are several large industries in this area. |
