A system map of the Green Bay Route, showing affiliated railroads.

This map is based on an 1895 Railroad Map of Wisconsin.

Green Bay Route trains reached the isolated La Crosse branch via trackage rights over the Chicago & North Western.  The branch was abandoned in 1922.

  Kewaunee, Green Bay & Western (under GB&W control 1890, merged into GB&W 1969)
  Stevens Point & Northern (merged into Green Bay Route 1882)
  Ahnapee & Western (merged into Green Bay Route 1906, sold in 1947)
  Iola & Northern Railroad (merged into Green Bay Route 1914, abandoned in 1958)
  Waupaca - Green Bay Railway (merged into Green Bay Route 1922, abandoned in 1947)
