Railfans look on at the locomotive named after a railroad president.

This loco was named for "Homer E. McGee," a president of the railroad.  GBW #312 used to carry a unique paint scheme honoring the past president of the railroad, but by 1992 it had been repainted back into a more traditional scheme.  It still bore the president's name on the cab side for many years afterwards,
